dotdigital homepage redesign
Throughout 2020 we continued to analyse the dotdigital website and user data. In doing so, we realised that several key web pages were not quite fulfilling their potential in terms of page views and high intent actions, and the user journeys to reach them were longer than expected. Combining this information with feedback from within the business that we needed to highlight our key USPs and market position on the homepage more clearly, we decided to undertake a comprehensive redesign to address these issues and to give the homepage a new lease of life with a fresh new user-interface and improved user experience.
