Overview: I designed a comprehensive online experience for dotdigital's global customer marketing awards, 'the dotties.' This involved creating a multi-phase digital journey encompassing award entries, ticket sales, and event registration. I collaborated with Principal Global Events to ensure a seamless, on-brand user experience across the marketing website and third-party ticketing/event portals.
